Answer: body dysmorphia, over-exercising, calorie restricting, and trying the latest “flavor of the month” in diet trends to always land right back at the start, with yourSelf, feeling lost and confused.

I’ve done alllllll that and I can tell you it has *no place* in feeling well and whole. (for me that vicious cycle began after I became 6’ tall in 6th Grade and all media glorified small, petite “good girls”)

THEN I experienced a traumatic loss and lived across the country from my community, and realized that we’ve only got one life, and it is meant to be LIVED in alignment with your heart.

Today, I am deeply passionate about helping others heal, feel empowered, & reconnect to their bodies through food after I did the very same.

Flashforward 5 years and my holistic nutrition approach is a 〰 mind-body-spirit-aligning process 〰 that leaves both me and my clients on Cloud ☁︎ 9.
