Food Does Not Have Morals

There is no such thing as good food or bad food. If we drop our stories around what foods are good, and what foods are bad, and simply look at food for food a lot can shift. ⁣

What is your current mindset around food, and how you choose to nourish yourSelf?

What is your connection with what you choose to put on your plate?

Do you take time to check in with yourSelf and ask your body what it needs?

Do you listen?

For me, sometimes it looks like a huge pile of greens, topped with veggies, poached eggs, and avocado. Other times it looks like pasta, peas, lots of grass-fed butter, topped with parmesan. ⁣

I’ve had some powerful conversations with a few clients recently around their mind-body connection. The more they’re practicing tuning in with themselves before, during, and after their meals is affecting their relationship with their body, and their overall mindset around food. ⁣

Shift, and uplift. Have compassion for yourSelf, the nourishing foods you choose, and your journey. ⁣
